Candidatul Ideal

• Business school, Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Finance, Accounting or Internal Audit with 3-5 years experience
• Experience in business by project and in industrial environment
• Generalist, with good accounting experience. CECCAR/ ACCA is a plus
• Proven skills in business control and information systems
• Experience in dealing with complex cases in a very operational way
• An ability to analyses figures, to perceive contractual risks and to alert in case of deviation
• A real ease in dealing with people
• Comfortable with information systems
• Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Excel

• Responsible to coordinate the month end closure activities for the local subsidiary
• Prepare and submit the monthly Group reporting package and determine net profitability and tax result
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in line with local accounting regulations and accurately reflected in the accounts and financial statements
• Involvement in the preparation of the annual and mid-year financial statements
• Prepare the yearly company budget and monitor execution of costs
• Review of VAT returns and CIT calculation
• Compile bank covenants reports in accordance with the bank agreements
• Carry out ad-hoc analyses and prepare financial reports (P&L analysis, forecasts, and cash-flows) to support decision making at Group level and present them to the Country Manager, Group CFO and Executive Committee
• Liaise and collaborate with external and internal auditors for various types of audit reviews
• Implements internal audit systems
