Your experience within the Dyninno ecosystem makes you an ideal candidate for the role of Advisor - a key position committed to guiding and empowering our network of Independent Travel Managers worldwide.
This role blends coaching, leadership, and premium client service. It offers a chance to transition from traditional sales or service roles into a position focused on mentorship, performance development, and relationship management.

Key Requirements

• Current or past experience within the Dyninno Group.
• 6+ months in travel sales, service, or a BPO environment.
• Proficient English and outstanding communication skills.
• A tech-savvy, motivated mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• A genuine passion for mentorship, client satisfaction, and driving results.
• Proficient English speaker (written and spoken)
• Motivated, focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, premium sales role
• Passionate about client satisfaction and delivering VIP-level service

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising team members to ensure productivity.
• Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to employees.
• Monitoring work performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
• Resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
• Cooperate with clients to determine travel or service needs
• Advise on appropriate options (destinations/products)
• Provide customer service and problem resolution
• Handle client requests and follow-up
• Meet monthly performance KPIs
• Complete daily activity reports
• Comply with internal policies and code of conduct
