Position Summary:
Our professional team is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Fintech team. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for B2B clients, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional client support. This role involves managing client communications, supporting internal teams, and driving continuous improvement through feedback analysis and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

BLOCK 1. Responsibilities

  • Solving day-to-day client inquiries and issues using various communication methods.
  • Handle communications across email, CRM, and chat with timely, accurate responses.
  • Build strong client relationships, resolving issues to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and organize client documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clear guidelines, training materials, and client instructions.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Sales, and Product to improve processes.
  • Analyze trends, gather feedback, and recommend workflow and product enhancements.
  • Voice customer needs in meetings, fostering a client-focused culture.
  • Ensure onboarding meets internal policies, AML/KYC, and regulatory standards.

BLOCK 2. Qualifications

  • Fluent English and Russian (written & spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
