Join our customer care department as a Deviation Management Officer!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- You will be responsible for logging and creating deviation reports in the H.Essers Transport Management System (TMS).
- Researching and writing comprehensive deviation reports on issues such as vehicle breakdowns, attempted thefts, temperature excursions, cargo damages, and more.
- As part of the H.Essers HealtchareTransport branch, you will ensure all deviation reports meet higher standards.
Skills/Qualifications:
- University degree/or student
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English, minimum B2
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience in transport or QA background (preferred, ot mandatory)
