Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. In this role you will:

Booking of the costs paid by the driver in special software;
Ensuring data is accurate and complete;
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
Book invoices and cash cost receipts in a special software within time limits;
Scan documents and print files, when needed;
Prepare analyses of requested information or data;
Provide support to our branch in Poland;
Cooperate with other departments related to these costs;
Archiving related documentation;
Keep information confidential;
Executes any other dispositions given by the hierarchical superior accurately and on time.

Requirements:

University degree (the Economic field will be an advantage);
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
A keen eye for details;
Good MS Office skills, especially familiarity with (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point);
Excellent creative problem-solving skills and great patience;
Ability to work in a team;
Excellent written and communication skills;
The ability to multi-task and learn quickly;
Typing speed and accuracy;
Knowledge of English, knowledge of the other languages will be an advantage;
The ability to work with the deadlines.
