We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Fuel Control team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates eager to start their careers in an international company. If you have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to APPLY!

In this role you will:

Process and verify fuel transactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;
Maintain and update the fuel database, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards;
Monitor fuel cards and fleet refueling activities to detect anomalies and prevent fraud;
Communicate with drivers by phone to explain refueling rules and resolve any issues related to refueling procedures;
Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure efficient operations and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

Student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
Any experience with Microsoft Excel and eager to develop data analysis and reporting skills.
Minimum English level B1.
Experience working with data is considered an advantage.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Have the ability to work with deadlines.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills and great patience.
