We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Fuel Control team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates eager to start their careers in an international company. If you have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to APPLY!

In this role you will:

  • Process and verify fuel transactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;
  • Maintain and update the fuel database, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards;
  • Monitor fuel cards and fleet refueling activities to detect anomalies and prevent fraud;
  • Communicate with drivers by phone to explain refueling rules and resolve any issues related to refueling procedures;
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure efficient operations and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Any experience with Microsoft Excel and eager to develop data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Minimum English level B1.
  • Experience working with data is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to work with deadlines.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills and great patience.
