At Unde.md, Moldova's rising platform for buying and selling second-hand goods and services, we are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to join our innovative team. With a mission to revolutionize the way people trade second-hand items, we leverage data to understand our users' behavior, optimize their experiences, and drive the success of our campaigns and product releases. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing vast datasets to glean insights into customer behavior, aiding in the strategic decision-making process across various departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights into user behavior on our platform.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders across the company.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers and software developers, to provide actionable data that influences decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to inform and guide decisions with data.
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize key performance indicators and improve user experience.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our platform from release to release, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand data needs and deliver precise analyses that contribute to product development and enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year of experience as a Product Data Analyst, ideally within an e-commerce, digital marketplace, or a similar online platform sector.
• Proficient in using BI analytical tools to process and visualize data.
• Strong understanding of key product and marketing metrics such as ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with a programming language like Python or R for data analysis.
• A solid grasp of probability theory and applied statistics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a clear and impactful manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing teams to make data-informed decisions.
• Fluent in Romanian and Russian for day-to-day interactions, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English for documentation and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A naturally curious and creative thinker who seeks to understand the "why" behind the data.
