Digital Grup Ltd. is providing full IT support for the progressive and successful American company that focuses on e-commerce solutions. The office in Chisinau operates on the market for more than 19 years now and there are about 50 staff members currently employed for the company: programmers, designers, marketing specialists, etc. We are expanding our team and looking for talented professionals who would like to join our company and become part of the future for global e-commerce solutions.

About the Position:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join an online store based in the US. As a key team member, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for top-tier customer support.

This role entails:

• Working Hours: 8-hour shifts 17.00-02.00.
• No Sales Calls: This position does not involve selling over the phone.
• Responsibilities: Your tasks will include addressing customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues, processing orders, managing returns, and nurturing customer relationships.

• Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written English skills are imperative.
• Confidence in Communication: Comfortably engaging in phone conversations is essential.
• Analytical Thinking: Skill in analyzing situations, identifying key problems, and crafting effective solutions.
• Quick Learner: Quick learning and adaptability to evolving situations are key traits.
• Problem-Solving skills: Your ability to assess problems critically and devise creative solutions sets you apart.
