Communications & Social Media Manager

We are currently looking for a Communications and Social Media Manager — an active, creative, and responsible professional who knows how to build effective communication, responds quickly in unexpected situations, and is genuinely interested in working with social media.

The ideal candidate:

• Easily connects with people and knows how to conduct negotiations;
• Understands how social media works and knows how to attract and engage an audience;
• Is not afraid to take initiative and is ready to suggest ideas for improving workflows;
• Stays calm under pressure and is focused on achieving results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional communication and negotiations with drivers (not related to sales).
• Manage and grow the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages (posting content, responding to messages and comments, engaging with the audience).
• Maintain a positive brand image on social media.
• Assist with internal communications and related tasks.

Requirements:

• Conversational proficiency in Russian and Romanian.
• English language level B2 or higher.
• High level of initiative and proactiveness.
• Stress resistance and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Work schedule: part-time, 4–6 hours per day.
• Ready to hire students
