Safety Support Specialist (ELD)

We are seeking a Safety Support Specialist (ELD) to manage and monitor driver logbooks, ensure adherence to Hours of Service rules, and offer assistance with safety and compliance concerns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in conversational English (B2)
• Knowledge of Russian and Romanian is an advantage.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experienced with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with drivers and team members
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Reliable team player, adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Previous experience with e-logbooks systems is a strong advantage. However, it is not mandatory we provide training for candidates without experience.

Work Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
