Claims Specialist

As a Claims Specialist your main responsibility will be to investigate, gather and report about truck related claims. Position requires great customer service skills and attention to details, since you will have to evaluate each case on liability and damages.

Your responsibilities:

• Investigate claims to determine liability;
• Communicate via phone and email with insurance providers and other parties involved;
• Gather and organize necessary documentation;
• Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance;
• Maintain accurate records of claims activities.

Requirements from you:

• Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
• PC skills proficiency;
• Ability to maintain organized and precise records and storage of evidence;
• Experience in negotiation and mediation;
• Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts;
