Buying Manager - Italy / Europe

Based in Italy, we specialize in wholesale distribution of premium and luxury fashion brands to international retailers. Our mission is to simplify cross-border sourcing for fashion retailers and help suppliers with their surplus stock through innovation and operational excellence.
 
We are looking for resourceful and motivated candidates to join our BUYING team based in Chisinau. In this role you will manage our purchasing operations from Italian and European vendors.
 
Main responsibilities:

• Manage existing vendors (email & phone communication);
• Manage incoming vendor offers: work with price-sheets, create commercial offers;
• Negotiate buying conditions to match customer requirements;
• Manage purchase orders, vendor payments, delivery timelines;
• Cooperate efficiently with internal teams: Sales, Technical, Finance, Logistics;

Skills and qualifications required:

• Advanced Italian language (B2-C2); English is a strong advantage
• Analytical thinking and attention to details
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Communication, negotiation and problem solving abilities
• Organizational skills, capacity to handle multiple tasks, responsibility and accountability
• Good team player, ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

Schedule: 9am – 6pm.
Location: you are required to be in the office for the onboarding; hybrid schedule possible.
