SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (a plus), Excel, Google Sheets;
• Knowledge of SQL databases;
• Familiarity with key business metrics, business processes, and KPIs.

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports, automates, and develops reports/dashboards to facilitate and streamline daily business management for all departments of the company;
• Participates in the update and optimization processes of metric calculation methods in other projects of the HR dashboard, marketing, and support teams;
• Maintains and develops the existing data array;
• Visualizes statistical and other data using specialized tools;
• Creates convenient environments for business units to access data;
• Actively participates in supporting key business functions with effective information;
• Tests hypotheses, develops new reporting formats;
• Prepares presentations;
• Participates in various company projects by providing data-based information for decision-making;
• Analyzes business processes in the company and prepares recommendations for improvement;
• Identifies all the pros and cons in the company's expenses, including participating in the approval of the company's budget and P&L;
• Implements analytics innovations.
