Job Description:
Castle Ingredient is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to spearhead the creation of a new brand for our plant-based meat production venture. As the Branding and Marketing Genius, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to establish our brand presence in the European market.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Lead the conceptualization and creation of a compelling brand identity for our plant-based meat products, ensuring alignment with our values of quality, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies in the Belgian plant-based food industry.
  • Brand Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand strategies encompassing positioning, messaging, and target audience segmentation to differentiate our products and capture market share effectively.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with the top management and creative teams to translate brand vision into visually appealing assets including logos, packaging designs, and marketing materials.
  • Communication: Craft engaging and persuasive content for various channels including social media, website, press releases, and advertising campaigns to communicate our brand story and product benefits effectively.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and leverage strategic partnerships with influencers, retailers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful launch strategy.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3 years) in branding, marketing, or related field, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry.
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, and email marketing.
  • Strong Knowledge in the Adobe and Canva environment.
  • Fluent in French and English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and plant-based living is a plus.
