Accounts Receivables Specialist

US Software Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist who will manage our company’s accounting operations.

Responsibilities and requirements:

Monitor and maintain client accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices;
Review and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies;
Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely payments;
Collaborate with the sales/production team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery of invoices;
Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers;
Manage and maintain customer data in the company's accounting data base;
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Related Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (recommended not a must);
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred (recommended not a must);
Experience with accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills;
Precise attention to detail;
Comfortable working with colleagues in team focused environment;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
