Responsibilities:
Build new customer relationships by taking inbound calls.
Be the “go to” Travel Agent our customers need by providing expert travel recommendations.
Engage in conversation with our customers while navigating multiple systems and resources.
Accurately search and provide flight options in a timely manner.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and maintain productivity standards executing sales strategies, and call prioritization.
Be available by telephone, email, and instant message during work hours.
Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions to build your knowledge base and awareness of company initiatives.
We need:
Experience in the field
Advanced level of English
Night shift representative (9PM - 5AM)
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Resourcefulness, flexibility, self-accountability while facing difficulties
Flexibility and the ability to work late hours
Experience and knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus) and the travel industry terminology
