Technical Support Specialist

An international digital marketing group is hiring in Moldova. We have developed a number of successful projects in the digital advertising & online gaming industries and are looking to grow our operation in Moldova.
We are looking to complete our team with a Technical Support Specialist (Junior - Middle)
The ideal candidate has:

Knowledge about SEO / frontend / wordpress / how to build a website
Experience working with VPN, Proxy Servers
Some experience in manual testing or other technical roles
Attention to details
Excel skills
Medium English

Responsibilities will include:

Working with CRM and other internal tools
Updates excel files and other platforms
Documents and evaluates test results
Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
Reviews test procedures
Partners with engineers and marketing department to solve technical issues
