Talent Sourcer

Your responsibilities will include:

Work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers
Search for potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks;
Reach out and connect with people about exciting job opportunities;
Support the team with talent pipeline management and candidate communication;
Learn how to track sourcing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies;
Help promote our employer brand and share the culture and values that make us great.

To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:

A proactive mindset and strong communication skills;
Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition;
Good command of English (B2+); French is a nice bonus;
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or online search tools is a plus - but not required;
A team player who’s ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
