Mandatory skills:
1. Good knowledge of Windows OS and of typical office productivity tools;
2. Good understanding and experience with installing the operating systems Windows/Linux;
3. Experience and knowledge with Active Directory, MS Exchange, MSSQL, IIS, Apache, MySQL.
4. Programming knowledge is a plus;
5. Well organized, capable of maintaining documentation related to daily activities;
6. Good English communication skills: written and verbal;
7. Team worker; Integration of communication and problem-solving skills at an advanced level;
8. Able to work simultaneously on different tasks and projects, evaluate and asses the correctives of proposed solutions and assume responsibilities for their implementation.
Responsibilities:
1. The Endava Group Support team is responsible for software, system and products investigation and document writing (user guides, administration and maintenance guides etc.). Every investigation must end with a report;
2. The team leaders/line managers should be informed daily about the investigation process;
3. Examine and apply the company internal processes.
