Sales & marketing manager

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
International company – leader in health care services provision – is currently in search of a highly professional Sales & Marketing Manager that will take care of maximization of sales

Main duties and responsibilities:
 Develop execution plan to sell the proposed sales forecast and achieve sales targets
 Achieve sales plan numbers
 Prepare a yearly plan for the whole area of responsibility, comprising all the resources needed for developing an effective area to achieve sales targets and revise this plan quarterly in line with planned and actual figures
 Review and approve proposed sales forecast in conjunction with marketing plan
 Review promotional plans and ensure resources are planned
 Control and monitor implementation of sales strategies and tactics
 Ensure 30 to 40% of total working time is spent in the field
 Manage projects for developing business
 Ensure transmitting precisely and correctly the information used in sales force promotions to the healthcare professionals, through promotional materials

Qualification requirements:
 Relevant business or marketing university degree
 Experience in sales & marketing
 Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
 Sales-minded, energetic and positive as well as very detail oriented
 Professional and enthusiastic appearance
 Excellent influencing and communication skills
 Computer literacy
 Proficiency in Russian, Romanian and English is a must
 Availability of a valid driving license and extensive driving experience
 Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
 Result-oriented
