Q&A Specialist (Junior | Middle)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Q&A specialist to join our team at Qoobus. As a Q&A specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our platform and services.
Responsibilities:


Develop and execute testing plans for new features and updates.
Identify and report bugs and other issues.
Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
Conduct thorough testing of all new features before they are released to users.
Continuously monitor the platform to ensure its smooth operation and high-quality performance.
Maintain detailed records of all tests performed, issues found, and resolutions implemented.
Analyze user feedback and work to incorporate it into the development process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Q&A testing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
