Program manager

Student Adventure, an international company with offices in Moldova and Ukraine, specialized in providing opportunities and support for students and young adults to participate in educational, cultural and work programs abroad for over 10 years, invites applications for Programs Managers.
Duration: Full-time
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities:
Identify, contact and establish long-lasting relationships with new clients
Inform and update new and existing clients about company’s offers and services
Promote company’s image and services
Organize and participate in various exchange programs events with the implication of company’s partners from abroad
Conduct recruiting presentations in order to attract and inform new clients
Offer guidance to company’s clients in regard to cultural exchange and work programs
Answer to all student’s questions and queries regarding each stage of the exchange program
Requirements:
University degree
Ability to sell and negotiate, to organize and prioritize tasks
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and build relationships
Initiative, ability to adapt fast in new environments and work under stressful situations
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe and ability to work with databases
Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English languages
