Procurement Officer
Company:
An international company that provides consultancy and solutions for online businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing.
• Prepare reports and summarize data.
• Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
• Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
• Plan and manage inventory levels of services or products.
• Source for new services, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
• Extensive contact and coordination with staff at various levels and departments.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills, accuracy is utmost). Any other language is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in procurement, business administration, economics, finance, accounting or statistics;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook.
