Plant Quality Manager

Main responsibilities:

Monitoring the execution of Quality Policy, its current goals and objectives;
Representing the company outside - customer audits and certification, quality talks;
Setting quality objectives and budget planning and compliance with its objectives;
Supervision of corrective actions: system, process and product audits, internal and external complaints;
Following inspection of production parts for the customer, supplier and production process;
Supervision of the implementation of preventive, corrective and improvement activities.

Education, experience and other key requirements:

Technical higher education;
At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry is a plus;
Proficiency use of Microsoft Office programs;
Proficiency use of English language;
Strong organizational and management skills, competencies and project management skills to manage projects, processes, and the entire team.
