We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a luxury real estate agent in Miami. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Russian, as well as a strong understanding of social media, contract management, and daily scheduling.
Key responsabilities
Communicate fluently in English and Russian, both verbally and in writing
Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote luxury listings
Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents
Handle phone calls and respond professionally to clients and partners
Make appointments and schedule property viewings
Reserve reservations at restaurants and purchase event tickets
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and personal trips
Manage daily schedule and ensure all tasks and appointments are on track
Maintain contact lists, including sensitive information such as phone numbers
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably in real estate or luxury services
Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
Excellent social media content creation skills
Strong knowledge of contract management and legal documentation
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in calendar management and travel planning
Excellent communication and appointment-setting skills
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
