We are looking for a Office & events coordinator who will join our dynamic and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Daily & weekly office management
-Order lunches & fruits
-Make sure the office is stocked with supplies (cookies, drinks, cutlery, etc.).
Content creation & communication
-Prepare monthly reports and newsletters (written content).
-Update the company intranet with photos, event descriptions, and announcements.
-Add existing content to social media platforms and the company website.
-Shoot short videos and reels (1-2 times per month) for internal communication or social media.
Branded merchandise & gifts
-Order branded items for the office as needed.
-Order and organize welcome, wedding, and farewell gifts when required.
Internal & external events
-Plan, coordinate, and execute internal & external company events, including managing the budget, ordering items, and overseeing logistics.
Special occasion preparations
-Order and pack goodies for holidays such as Easter and New Year
-Occasionally, arrange research tasks and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Required Skills:
-Good English skills, both spoken and written.
