We currently have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to take on the role of IT Support Engineerin Endava Moldova middle and senior levels.
Technical skills:
Networking and Communications: proficient with planning and management of the networking systems.
Operating Systems: proficient with administering and maintenance of wide range of OS (Windows or Linux).
Web services: proficient with IIS, Apache services.
DB administering: familiar with MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle.
Programming Languages: aware of basic scripting languages.
Soft skills:
Good analytical thinking and information acquisition skills.
Capable to establish relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Effective and sensitive communicator in different societies and cultures.
Familiar with basic customer service techniques.
Good level of both oral and writting communication skills.
Proficient in spoken and writen English language.
Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for the processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident reports, including channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring resolution activity, and keeping clients appraised of progress: Receiving and handling requests for support following agreed procedures.
Responding to requests for support by providing information to enable problem resolution and promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
Maintaining records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
