HeroTalents, located in Chisinau, is seeking a Full-Stack Developer capable of both front-end and back-end development for diverse projects, from presentation sites to e-commerce platforms. You'll join a creative team dedicated to advancing talents in various fields.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites, ranging from simple landing pages to complex structures.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department, presenting and discussing project architectures, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working with various project types and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Take initiative in strategizing website architectures and proposing innovative solutions to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in full-stack development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work with both simple landing pages and complex website structures.
- Ability to work autonomously, envisioning website architectures and presenting projects to the marketing department.
