Freight Broker Agent 1000-3000$

Responsibilities:

Forge contracts with shippers nationwide.
Cultivate and manage relationships with customers and carriers.
Skillfully negotiate competitive rates.
Actively generate and pursue sales leads.
Monitor and track the status of loads.
Focus on managing existing loads; no requirement to seek new clients or loads.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher is a plus.
University degree is strongly encouraged, but not required.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
