EY is looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support the team in managing documents and administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
Providing secretarial and administrative support to Managers and Directors, providing support for business correspondence, arranging appointments or meetings, maintaining files, archiving documents
Organizing travel arrangements (purchase of plane tickets, transfers)
Preparing expenses claim forms for reimbursement of expenditure
Providing office administration with list of stationery and other requirements on a regular basis according to the department’s needs and budget
Providing support in cross departmental projects (e.g.: internal or external events, meetings)
Collecting and managing different documents
Preparing onboarding materials, ensuring new hires have the necessary equipment and access
Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information
Attending to clients and visitors
What we are looking for:
Equivalent related work experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in handling administrative tasks
Fluent in Romanian and English, spoken and written
MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point
Professional appearance
