The Moldavian branch office of METDAQ Metallurgy & Metalworking B2B web portal is looking for an energetic, full time Customer Service Representative.
As a part of our sales team, this person will be working in a lively, competitive environment making outbound business to business calls seeking out and signing up new business. Job duties include handling customer inquiries and processing orders.
Being a rapidly growing international company we provide superior customer service and support to our clients to exceed their expectations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
To canvas potential customers via the telephone
To handle customer requests
To meet targets and KPI’s and where possible exceed those targets
Utilize the system to record all activity with companies.
Keep detailed records of all calls, referrals and conversions
Working hours: Mon-Fri 3 pm to 11 pm or 11 pm to 7 am.
Requirements:
The successful candidate for the position must have fluency in English and excellent customer communication skills.
Able to work using own initiative
Must be able to work in a team environment
Good professional telephone manner
Good organizational and time management skills.
Must be willing to undertake an apprenticeship
Previous telesales experience is preferred but not essential
Very keen graduates eager to gain sales experience are welcome too.
Salary is commensurate with skills and experience. Excellent employee benefits.
