Customer Experience Platform Expert

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Customer Experience Platform Expert to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:

Customer Experience Platform Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Medallia/Qualtrics to effectively manage and optimize the platform for our organization's needs
Change Management Oversight: Oversee all changes within the CEX platform ecosystem and assess their impact. Implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions
Collaboration with IT/BI: Work closely with our IT and Business Intelligence teams to understand the workflow and requirements of the IT/BI environment. Collaborate on integration projects to ensure seamless data exchange and alignment with organizational goals
Best Practice Implementation: Bring in and implement best practices for the use of Medallia within our organization. Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to optimize performance, user experience, and insights gained from the platform
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Medallia functionalities, best practices, and new features. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues

what we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience working with Customer Experience Platforms like Medallia, Qualtrics.
Experience with Salesforce platform
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Fluent in English
Stress management skills
Have ability to work independently
