Corporate English Teacher

Responsibilities:

Delivering English language courses within the company to employees of various levels and departments.
Developing and implementing personalized learning programs tailored to the specific needs of the organization and the learners.
Efficiently planning and administering lessons, including preparing relevant teaching materials.
Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to improve their language and communication skills.
Collaborating with the Human Resources department to identify employees' development needs and providing assistance in enhancing their language skills.
Actively participating in meetings and periodic training sessions to continuously improve your professional abilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Literature, or a related discipline (an advantage).
Demonstrated experience in teaching English to adults, particularly in corporate settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Strong knowledge of English grammar and structure.
Ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
Capacity to work with diverse groups of learners and adapt teaching methods to their levels and needs.
Results-oriented mindset and the ability to motivate and encourage students to develop their language skills.
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of foreign languages other than English may be an additional advantage.
