Chief Accountant

YOUR TASKS:

Maintain tax and accounting records in compliance with local legislation
Accurately record all business transactions in 1C 8.3 based on primary documentation
Manage payroll and employee time tracking
Keep records of fixed assets, intangible assets, and inventories
Prepare documentation for import and export of services
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and submit tax and financial reports on time
Plan and optimize tax liabilities
Coordinate and manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts; monitor and analyze variances
Perform regular budget consolidation and financial analysis
Produce accurate financial statements and reports as requested
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Develop and implement business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Experience working as a Chief Accountant
Solid knowledge of national accounting standards, tax, and labor legislation
Proficiency in 1C accounting software
Experience with manufacturing companies is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using English in a professional use
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
