The Role
As the Business Development and Operations Specialist for our expansion, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the entire operational framework. From delivering engaging demo lessons to overseeing sales, customer support, teacher recruitment, and day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire functioning and success of this branch.
Qualities, skills, and qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer support, or operations management. A background in the ed-tech industry is big advantage;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment;
Fluency in Ukrainian and English;
Reporting and research skills;
Critical thinking, ability to learn and adapt quickly;
Digital proficiency.

Responsibilities
1. Lead processing and sales:

Efficiently process and qualify leads to build and maintain a customer pipeline;
Conduct captivating demo lessons to showcase the value of our online programming courses to our potential customers;
Drive sales by communicating the benefits of our school and converting leads into enrolled students.

2. Customer Support:

Provide prompt and friendly customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from parents and students;
Ensure a positive experience for the students and their parents.

3. Teacher Recruitment and Management:

Source, interview, and hire qualified teachers to meet the demand for programming lessons;
Manage and support teachers to maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.

4. Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards;
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to headquarters, providing regular updates on market performance;
Take the initiative to implement new strategies and initiatives that would improve the KPIs.

5. Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance;
Collaborate with the leadership team to analyze results and formulate strategies for continuous improvement.
