Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Oversee key accounts in the logistics sector, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service departments to deliver top-quality service.
Issue Resolution: Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all logistics-related matters.
Data Analysis: Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize supply chains.
Revenue Forecasting: Forecast revenue and track progress towards goals, presenting regular reports to management and key stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients and colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in logistics account management or related roles.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and technology, such as warehouse management systems and transportation management systems.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organization.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
