Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts in the logistics sector, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that clients receive top-quality service
Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for logistics-related matters
Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize their supply chain
Forecast revenue and track progress towards goals, presenting regular reports to management and key stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with clients and colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in logistics account management or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with logistics software and technology, such as warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organization
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
