Helpdesk Team Leader

The company:
R&D office of an International Company, provider of communications products and services.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
• Ensure customer service is provided in a timely and accurate manner
• Recruit, train and support help desk representatives
• Set specific customer service standards
• On going improvement of customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
• Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
• Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Help desk manager
• Highly experienced in creating, measuring and improving IT Help Desk KPIs
• Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
• Solid technical IT knowledge
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
• Team management skills
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field - advantage

• Windows operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10)
• TCP, Networking, Remote Access, VPNs
• SAP (Client side)
