SMM and Communication Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on social media strategies to increase our online presence, improve our marketing efforts, and engage with our audience effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (at least 2 years of proven experience in content creation);
• Bachelor of science in Marketing, and Communication or relevant field is preferred;
• A creative individual with a strong command of the English language;
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices;
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research;
• Good understanding of social media KPIs;
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills;
• Critical thinker, problem-solving skills and result oriented mindset;
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies in alignment with business goals;
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written);
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing;
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and generate monthly reports;
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels;
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in social media, and adapt strategies accordingly;
• Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to create a strong network;
• Ensure brand consistency in communication and cultivate a positive company image;
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and branding objectives.
