Job Requirements

Essential Expertise:

5 years+ experience in IT Recruiting
Expert knowledge in recruitment tactics, strategies
Skills to build the hiring process: description, automation, result
Intermediate or higher level of English
Good communication skills
Analytical skills

Key Contributions:

Full recruitment cycle (special focus on challenging roles, C-Level etc)
Keep track of the latest trends, innovative talent sourcing techniques & recruitment tools
Recruitment Analytics
Plan and coordinate complex recruitment projects and initiatives, ATS system management (Recruitee)
