Responsibilities:

• Identification of potential candidates for open positions;
• Develop recruiting strategies open vacant positions;
• Coordination of the entire recruitment process (CV screening, interview organisation, follow-up after interviews);
• Manage our recruiting database;
• Promoting vacancies on recruitment and social media platforms;
•   Market and IT trends analysis;

Requirements:

• 1+ years of IT recruitment experience;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information on a daily basis;
• Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian;
• Ability to work with people of different temperaments;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques;
• Reporting to clients
• Strong organisational skills;
• A positive, proactive, and self-starter attitude.
