We are looking for:

Junior Event Manager

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual capable of providing complete administrative and logistical support, thus contributing to the success of each event.

Responsibilities:

Administrative and logistical assistance throughout all stages of event planning and execution.
Completion and dispatch of contracts, payment accounts, and other necessary documents to clients.
Contacting and coordinating with venues, conference rooms, hotels, and service providers.
Assisting in the preparation of materials for events, including compiling folders and printing necessary materials.
Active participation in events, managing participant registration, room setup, and ensuring smooth operation of activities.

Requirements:

Experience in organizing or participating in formal events such as conferences, trainings, workshops.
Language proficiency: Romanian (native), English, Russian.
Higher education.
Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or in volunteering.
Competence in working with numbers, including budget management and event accounting.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple streams of information.
