To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for an External Logistics Warehouse Responsible:
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Bachelor degree
• Experience on the same position – is an advantage
• Romanian language is mandatory, English language – intermediate level
• Italian language - is an advantage
• Good computer skills, including the use of MS Office
• Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the activity of the remote warehouse regarding the reception, storage and preparation of deliveries according to customer orders
• Tracks stocks of finished products
• Creates the necessary documents and ensures the correctness of the data in the system
• Manages document flow and established records
• Informs all interested parties about the activities required to fulfill the open orders and monitors their fulfillment according to the established schedule
