Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. In this role you will:

Actively seeking candidates on various recruitment platforms, including through social networks and business contacts.
Conducting recruitment interviews, assessing candidates' skills and their compatibility with the requirements of the position.
Building lasting relationships with candidates and managing a database of potential employees.
Working with the HR team to understand recruitment needs and deliver recruitment solutions.

Requirements:

Experience in C+E driver recruitment or in the transport industry will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish interpersonal relationships.
Ability to work as part of a team and be self-directed.
Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment trends in the transport industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge of English, Ukrainian, Russian will be an advantage.
