Business Development Executive

An exciting and challenging vacancy for the Business Development Executive role, based in Moldova.
 
The Business Development Center (BDC) is an internal function with the purpose to provide business development support to Consultants at the local country level, as well as for the firm‘s expansion activities to new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with assigned Consultants to support the research, associated with Target Accounts, Potential Key Accounts, and Key Accounts
• Responsible for market research in the identification of potential new Target Accounts
• Support Consultants on BDI Research and relevant Decision Makers
• Arrange business development calls and meetings for the assigned Consultants
• Book and confirm meetings & calls according to Consultant’s availability shown in the calendar
• Track all business development related activities and initiatives within the internal Data Base, in accordance with the firm’s standards and methodologies
• Review and report the activity to Operations Manager.

Experience/Skills required:

• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• University Degree
• Excellent communication and social skills 
• Proficient computer (MS applications) skills
• Dynamic with excellent time management skills 
• High level of attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Team player, self-starter
• Dedicated, passionate and fast learner with strong willingness to learn
• Ability to keep confidentiality on sensitive topics and having high ethics
