Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and preferences.
• Assess competitors' performance including brand activities, product launches, and innovations.
• Evaluate our own brands against set KPIs and market performance.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and propose strategic actions based on market insights to improve brand performance.
• Anticipate market opportunities and challenges, initiating proactive strategies.
• Implement innovative product, pricing, and communication initiatives in line with market dynamics.

Project Coordination and Implementation:

• Lead the coordination and supervision of approved strategic plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, commercial operations, and communication.
• Monitor activity implementation through market visits and data analysis from retail and intelligence sources.

Brand Development Strategy:

• Provide crucial support and input in developing brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Play a key role in the overall development and success of our brands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the tobacco industry.
• Exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
