Bookkeeping Agent | up to $1000

Business Skies specializes in selling business and first-class airline tickets, focusing primarily on the U.S. market.

We have an opening for a Bookkeeping Agent responsible for managing our accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records. This includes handling purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. If you're young, bright, and ready for new challenges, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage expense accounts and cost centers.
• Process invoice payments.
• Record daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process.
• Enter data, maintain records, and generate reports and financial statements.
• Ensure outgoing payments adhere to financial policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile sales taxes and bank accounts monthly.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Process checks and understand ledgers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office programs.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
