Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Main requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position
- Advanced level of written and spoken English and Russian
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Advanced computer skills
