Accountant for Car Hauling Company

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Accountant. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, load reporting, and data recording.

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions of the company, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform load reporting and data recording.
• Calculate salaries.
• Handle billing, including sending all the invoices to your factoring company and brokers.

Person's Profile:

• Experience in accounting, specifically in the Car-Hauling Industry.
• Knowledge of the Super Dispatch platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
