Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and customer needs;
Gather and agree requirements with functional customers;
Develop terms of reference and functional specifications;
Describe data flows;
Create functional specifications for solutions;
Model processes in BPMN notation related to the area of automation;
Participate in pre-sales processes: questionnaires, specifications, technical proposals, work with the development team;
Form a backlog.

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant experience in a Senior Business Analyst role is essential
Experience of managing large projects;
Analytical mindset, problem-solving capability;
Ability to modify processes;
Knowlege how to prioritize requirements, frameworks;
Clearly explain complex processes verbally and in writing;
Good abilities to document and write business solutions in English and Romanian languages.
